The Game Of Competancy

(added few years ago!)
While being under house arrest the second time since her arrival in Karachi from Dubai after 8 years of her self imposed  exile the latest we all heard was the suicide bombing on the 18th of last month now she has been detained the residence of Senator Latif Khosa where Benazir is staying and the simple reason of her being stopped from leaving the premises is not to hold the long march because according to her “I’ve tried to work with him and negotiated with him to ensure a smooth and peaceful transfer of power to people through fair, free and transparent elections. But he has made a mess of everything,” she said. But no one actually knows what type of negotiations took place behind those closed doors while there are still hundreds of men/women who are ready to die for her and dance like puppets for her benefit not learning their lesson from last months massive loss, its due to this blind fold faith in this party leader that again the Punjab government mounted a massive police action and arrested nearly 100 party workers and senior leaders from various parts of the city to thwart her party’s planned ‘long march for democracy’. The PPP claims that more than 400 workers have been arrested. This is not all in this battle of “Me being more competent” game the innocent citizens of this state are stopped from leaving their houses without being watched and searched by the policemen who have surrounded the “Khosa House” in Lahore where the former PM is living these people are paying the price because they are the neighbors of the Khosa House, Benazir Bhutto has blatantly shown  her dislike  towards the present government and wants to show her aggression in the form of long march’s but coating it by saying that she is  trying to forge a united front of all opposition parties on a one-point agenda of launching a joint struggle for democracy and rule of law.
